About

Hi, I’m Sara. A maker, a painter, and a lover of all things old and storied.

For years, I’ve filled my home with pieces that carry a history - items that show the craftsmanship and care of their makers. I believe the beauty of vintage furniture lies not just in how it looks, but in the life it’s lived. So much of it is made with a level of quality that’s hard to find today. While there’s a time and place for quick fixes, cheap, mass-produced furniture just doesn’t hold up.

I began upcycling furniture around ten years ago, rescuing unloved pieces from London’s streets and charity shops. Since then, I’ve been honing my style through upcycles, recycles, make-its, fake-its, and classic DIY hacks. These days, you’ll find me working from my home studio in Trafford, Manchester.

My goal is to treat old furniture and homewares as art - to give them new life and make them feel right at home in modern spaces. This is where I’ll be sharing my finished pieces for sale, along with ideas and inspiration for anyone looking to bring a little more soul into their space.
